Конкурс-викторина «What do you know about music?»

Задачи:
Практические: а) повторение пройденного материала по теме “Музыка”, “Музыкальные инструменты”; б) учить воспринимать на слух текст, построенный на изученном языковом материале. Воспитательная: формировать умение работать в группах, помогать друг другу. Развивающая: развитие мышления, языковой догадки, воображения и памяти. Образовательная: знакомство с зарубежной музыкой и их исполнителями.
Оснащение:
ком пьютер, презентация Power Point, тематические карточки, наглядный материал.
Форма проведения
– игра – соревнование.

And again we’ll turn our attention to classical music. Read please, some information about our famous Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. -You will have several minutes to do the task. -I’ll give you the test. Tchaikovsky P. I. Tchaikovsky was an outstanding Russian composer. He was born in Votkinsk in 1840. Pyotr Ilyich graduated from the Petersburg Conservatoire in 1866. He was the best pupil of Anton Rubinstein. When the Moscow Conservatoire was founded he Pyotr Ilyich became a professor there. He created wonderful music: ten operas, three ballets, six symphonies, seven large symphonic poems and many other musical pieces.
“Eugene Onegin, a new type of opera, was a great success all over the world. His “Swan Lake”, “the Nutcracker”, “The sleeping Beauty” are musical masterpieces. Besides, Tchaikovsky was a great conductor.
