– формирование грамматических навыков на материале грамматического правила имя

существительное; образование множественного числа имен существительных;

– отработка произносительных навыков.

– развивать устную речь посредством высказывания по теме «О себе»;

– письменное тестирование (выявление навыков владения иностранным языком);

I этап: подготовка учащихся к учебной деятельности.

Задачи:

- Проверить готовность класса к занятию;

- Сообщить учащимся общие задачи и порядок работы на уроке.

We remembered some hobbies. Different people like different things. Listen to the short

stories and guess what hobby it is.

1. Some people like to dance. Sometimes they go to the special clubs or dance at home.

They like to go to a disco. (dancing)

2. They can play football or hockey, swim or run very well. People like to go to the

stadium or to the sports ground. (sports)

3. People like to sing songs. Sometimes they go to the music school. They like to listen to

the songs and sing them. (singing)

4. People like to collect something, for example: coins, stamps, badges, dry leaves, etc. It

is easy and interesting. They can have a thematic collection. (collecting ... – different things)

5. I know some people who like to watch different kinds of programmers or films on TV.

For instance, children are usually fond of films about animals, cartoons and other. (watching TV)

IV этап: лексическая зарядка

- As we have already said people can have different kinds of hobbies. We shall describe our

hobbies and have a talk about other interesting ones. That’s why we must learn some new words

and word combinations:

- Let’s read a text and say what kind of hobby do you like?

A hobby is a favourite pastime of a person. Hobbies differ like tastes. If you have chosen a

hobby to your liking, lucky you are: you have made your life more interesting.

Numerous

hobbies can be subdivided into four large classes: doing things, making

things, collecting things, and learning things.

The most popular of all hobby groups is doing things. It includes a wide variety of

activities, everything from gardening to travelling and from chess to volleyball. Gardening is one

of the oldest man's hobbies, especially in some countries (Britain, for example). A relatively new

hobby which is becoming more popular is computer games.

Making things includes drawing, painting, making sculpture, designing costumes, and

handicrafts. Some hobbyists write music.

Almost everyone collects something at some period in his life: stamps, coins, matchboxes,

books, records, postcards, toys, watches. Some collections have no real value. Others become

so large and so valuable that they are housed in museums and galleries. Many world-famous

collections started in a small way with one or two items. People with a good deal of money often

collect paintings, rare books and other art objects. Often such private collections are given to

museums, libraries and public galleries so that others might take pleasure in seeing them.

No matter what kind of hobby a person has, he always has the opportunity of learning

from it. By reading about the things he is interested in, he is adding to what he knows. Learning

things can be the most exciting aspect of a hobby.
